cuban-style black beans
Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 (12 ounce) can light
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish
