Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried hot pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar with the peanut butter until blended.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients and serve (or refrigerate until needed).
