Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 ounces velveeta cheese
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese
