Ingredients

- 10 ounces pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
- 1 cup half-and-half
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 cook the pasta al dente.
- 2 melt butter in a skillet with lemon juice and zest.
- 3 let the mixture bubble for 30 seconds.
- 4 add the half and half, salt, and pepper.
- 5 cook the sauce until the liquid is reduced by half.
- 6 toss with cheese and pasta and serve.
