Lemon Pasta

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 ounces pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 cook the pasta al dente.
  • 2 melt butter in a skillet with lemon juice and zest.
  • 3 let the mixture bubble for 30 seconds.
  • 4 add the half and half, salt, and pepper.
  • 5 cook the sauce until the liquid is reduced by half.
  • 6 toss with cheese and pasta and serve.
