Ingredients
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 inches fresh ginger, cut in quarters
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 red chili pepper, seeded and minced
Recipe
- 1 in blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
