Peanut Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar (you can also use rice vinegar)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, add more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, add more to taste
  • 1 dash cayenne

Recipe

  • 1 mix in bowl and add to cooked rice.
