Oatmeal Date Shake

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked oatmeal (i used steel cut)
  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 1 banana
  • 5 -6 pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice

Recipe

  • 1 blend oatmeal with milk of your choice, add the vanilla, banana and dates and blend until smooth, add ice and blend until smooth.
