Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked oatmeal (i used steel cut)
- 1 cup vanilla soymilk
- 1 banana
- 5 -6 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice
Recipe
- 1 blend oatmeal with milk of your choice, add the vanilla, banana and dates and blend until smooth, add ice and blend until smooth.
