Peanut Thai Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, it's your preference)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (substitute regular milk if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
  • 2 serve!
