Oatmeal Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup instant milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 preheat a lightly greased griddle over medium low heat.
- 2 in a large bowl, place the dry ingredients.
- 3 in a medium bowl, beat together the wet ingredients.
- 4 pour into the dry mix thoroughly, creating the batter.
- 5 pour by 1/4 cups onto hot griddle.
- 6 cook on both sides until golden brown, flipping when the surface begins to bubble.
