Oatmeal Cinnamon Pancakes

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup instant milk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat a lightly greased griddle over medium low heat.
  • 2 in a large bowl, place the dry ingredients.
  • 3 in a medium bowl, beat together the wet ingredients.
  • 4 pour into the dry mix thoroughly, creating the batter.
  • 5 pour by 1/4 cups onto hot griddle.
  • 6 cook on both sides until golden brown, flipping when the surface begins to bubble.
