Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 400 g flour
- 1/4-1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs add salt and four mixing into a dough add water until it becomes workable but not runny.
- 2 i have a special nokedli maker from hungry but my mom would put the dough on a flat plat and using a knife just cut pieces or dollops into boiling salted water. once the dumplings have come to the top allow them to cook another minute or so and remove with a slotted spoon.
- 3 add butter or olive oil and serve.
