- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 (17 ounce) can black-eyed peas
Recipe
- 1 saute onion and garlic; set aside.
- 2 cook rice according to directions on box.
- 3 combine peas, rice, and sauteed onion and garlic.
- 4 heat and serve.
