Ingredients

- 2 cups v8 vegetable juice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 15 ounces black beans
- 15 ounces corn
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 fresh tomato
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 begin cooking 1 cup rice in 2 cups v-8 and 2 cups water with the chili powder and cumin.
- 2 after 5 minutes add can of black beans.
- 3 wait five minutes and add the corn and salsa.
