Littlemafia's Mom Pilaf

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 200 g chicken breasts
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 chop the onion and fry it in the oil.
  • 2 add the chicken and keep stirring.
  • 3 add the rice and fry a little more.
  • 4 add the rest of the ingredients and simmer.
  • 5 enjoy.
