Ingredients
- 30 g butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 cup cooked long-grain rice
Recipe
- 1 heat butter, onion and garlic in a pan until the onion is soft.
- 2 remove from heat.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients.
