Lemon Pepper Chicken Noodle Bowl

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 ounces sugar snap peas, per person (i use frozen)
  • 1 schwans lemon-pepper seasoned chicken breast, per person
  • 3 -4 ounces dry spaghetti noodles, per person

Recipe

  • 1 cook chicken breasts per package directions in a deep pan lined with foil (you will need to save all the juices from cooking).
  • 2 cook spaghetti noodles to your taste-- just beyond al dente works well. drain and keep warm.
  • 3 cook sugar snap peas per package directions.
  • 4 mix spaghetti noodles and snap peas together in serving bowl. pour juices from chicken cooking over the mixture.
  • 5 slice chicken into bite sized pieces. add to spaghetti & peas, mix & serve.
