Ingredients

- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 slices chopped bacon
- 4 chopped tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 1/4 liters beef stock
- 60 ml red wine
- 1 chopped carrot
- 2 chopped potatoes
- 3 tablespoons tomato puree
- 80 g peas
- 80 g pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 heat oil and cook the onion, garlic and bacon until browned.
- 2 add tomato, parsley, stock and red wine.
- 3 simmer.
- 4 add carrot, potato, and tomato puree.
- 5 simmer.
- 6 add peas and pasta.
- 7 simmer until pasta and vegetables are tender.
- 8 season to taste.
