Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (crushed) or 1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons instant onion soup mix
- 1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce, pureed in the blender
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients for the meatballs together. form into small balls. cook in 2 tablespoons hot cooking oil.
- 2 sauce: combine ingredients in saucepan. cook, over medium heat, until smooth. pour over meatballs. serve with boiled rice or serve by themselves as party snacks.
