Ingredients
- 5 cups rice
- 5 cups water
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 teaspoons salt
Recipe
- 1 prepare 5 cups of coarse rice and water in the rice cooker as its measure.
- 2 add mixed vegetables, butter and salt (less or more as preferred) into rice cooker.
- 3 activate rice cooker as per rice cooker's manual.
- 4 mix well the rice & ingredients when it's cooked, add more salt if needed.
- 5 scoop out the cooked rice on plate and garnish however you like it.
