Nando's Mediterranean Rice Copycat

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 cups rice
  • 5 cups water
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Recipe

  • 1 prepare 5 cups of coarse rice and water in the rice cooker as its measure.
  • 2 add mixed vegetables, butter and salt (less or more as preferred) into rice cooker.
  • 3 activate rice cooker as per rice cooker's manual.
  • 4 mix well the rice & ingredients when it's cooked, add more salt if needed.
  • 5 scoop out the cooked rice on plate and garnish however you like it.
