Mixed Mushroom Rice

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 3 cups mixed mushrooms, chopped (, portobello, shiitake, etc.)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 5 cups rice, cooked
  • soy sauce, to taste
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet saute mushrooms and onion in butter until soft.
  • 2 stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and green onions. cook until heated through and serve immediately.
