- 3 cups mixed mushrooms, chopped (, portobello, shiitake, etc.)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 cups rice, cooked
- soy sauce, to taste
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet saute mushrooms and onion in butter until soft.
- 2 stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and green onions. cook until heated through and serve immediately.
