Meatballs And Sauce

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 slices bread or 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • parsley (optional)
  • garlic (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 soak bread in water slightly.
  • 2 squeeze by hand and crumble up. (if using rice, you can chop it up a little or not do anything. just make sure its pretty soft.).
  • 3 mix all ingredients well.
  • 4 roll into small-medium sized balls.
  • 5 brown balls in skillet.
  • 6 add to warmed sauce.
