Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups long-grain rice
Recipe
- 1 wash and drain rice.
- 2 saute garlic in oil for a minute or two.
- 3 add water, lemon juice and salt.
- 4 bring to a boil.
- 5 gradually add rice.
- 6 cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.
