Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked millet
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- oil (for frying)
- breadcrumbs, for coating
Recipe
- 1 combine the millet, celery and onion in a large mixing bowl. slowly stir in the eggs and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs. mix well. let stand for 1 hour.
- 2 heat some oil (about 1/4 cup) in a large skillet. form patties out of the millet mixture, coat in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown on both sides.
