Ingredients

- 2 lbs whole wheat pasta
- 2 cups cucumbers (cut into matchsticks)
- 2 cups carrots (matchsticks)
- 2 cups snow peas (matchsticks)
- 1 cup scallion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- ginger
Recipe
- 1 1. cook noodles. drain.
- 2 2. chop veggies.
- 3 3. assemble sauce ingredients.
- 4 4. toss noodles, veggies and sauce together. chill. garnish with sesame seeds.
