Lower Fat Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
  • 1/4 cup fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in small bowl. serve over fish, chicken, rice, vegetables. it's yummy and good for you!
