Lower Fat Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 6 cups rolled oats (quick or regular)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute (like splenda)
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups milk (can substitute, soy, rice, etc.)
- 4 eggs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 in a large bowl mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- 3 in a separate bowl beat eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- 4 mix all together.
- 5 spread into a greased 9x13 inch pan or baking dish.
- 6 bake for approximately 40 minutes or until firm to touch.
- 7 *you can add a cup of raisins or dried cranberries if you like.
