Mac N Cheese

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • breadcrumbs (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cook macaroni in salted water, drain.
  • 2 melt butter and flour.
  • 3 add milk until heated, not boiling.
  • 4 add in seasonings, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • 5 melt in cheese, slowly.
  • 6 pour into greased dish.
  • 7 lightly cover with breadcrumbs if desired.
  • 8 place into oven at 375 for 30 min or until lightly brown and bubbling nicely.
  • 9 cool for 5-10 and serve.
