Pineapple Lamb Roast

Ingredients

- 3 lbs lamb roast
- salt
- pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup cold water
Recipe
- 1 salt and pepper lamb roast to taste.
- 2 combine all ingredients, except flour and water, pour over roast.
- 3 put on lid and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- 4 once done, remove roast.
- 5 drain and reserve liquid.
- 6 return meat and pineapple to crockpot.
- 7 add water to liquid to make 1 3/4 cups.
- 8 in saucepan, blend flour and cold water together to form a smooth paste.
- 9 add hot reserved liquid and stir.
- 10 cook on medium until thickened, stirring continuously.
- 11 pour over roast.
- 12 serve with rice or potatoes.
