Lemon Pepper Chicken And Rice

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 chicken breasts, thawed
  • 1/4 cup wild rice
  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 mix rice, stock and seasoning in small casserole dish.
  • 2 lay chicken over top.
  • 3 cover with foil.
  • 4 bake in preheated 350f oven for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked and rice is soft and liquid is gone.
