- 2 chicken breasts, thawed
- 1/4 cup wild rice
- 1/4 cup rice
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Recipe
- 1 mix rice, stock and seasoning in small casserole dish.
- 2 lay chicken over top.
- 3 cover with foil.
- 4 bake in preheated 350f oven for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked and rice is soft and liquid is gone.
