Mini Pepper Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, plain
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 chop pepper and onion finely and set aside.
- 2 with your hands, mix together the sirloin, pepper and onions, sauce, crumbs, and spices.
- 3 make small patties (about 4 for every 1/4 pound) and cook over the stove.
- 4 serve over rice. yummy!
