Mini Pepper Burgers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, plain
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 chop pepper and onion finely and set aside.
  • 2 with your hands, mix together the sirloin, pepper and onions, sauce, crumbs, and spices.
  • 3 make small patties (about 4 for every 1/4 pound) and cook over the stove.
  • 4 serve over rice. yummy!
