Ingredients

- 3 lbs hamburger
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 large stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup margarine
- turkey giblets
- 6 -7 eggs
- 2 teaspoons sage
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 first fry hamburg and sausage until brown.
- 2 in another frying pan saute chopped onions and celery in margarine until soft. then dice giblets and fry until browned.
- 3 combine all above ingredients in a large bowl. add eggs, sage, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. mix thoroughly and stuff bird just prior to roasting.
