Meat Stuffing For Turkey

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs hamburger
  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 large stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • turkey giblets
  • 6 -7 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons sage
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 first fry hamburg and sausage until brown.
  • 2 in another frying pan saute chopped onions and celery in margarine until soft. then dice giblets and fry until browned.
  • 3 combine all above ingredients in a large bowl. add eggs, sage, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. mix thoroughly and stuff bird just prior to roasting.
