Leftover Turkey

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked and cubed turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 ounces turkey gravy mix
  • 1/4 milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • 2 add celery and onion and cook for 5 minutes or til tender, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 add turkey.
  • 4 blend water, gravy, flour, and salt.
  • 5 pour over turkey.
  • 6 stir.
  • 7 bring to a boil.
  • 8 reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes serve over rice.
