Leftover Turkey

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup cooked and cubed turkey
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 ounces turkey gravy mix
- 1/4 milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- 2 add celery and onion and cook for 5 minutes or til tender, stirring occasionally.
- 3 add turkey.
- 4 blend water, gravy, flour, and salt.
- 5 pour over turkey.
- 6 stir.
- 7 bring to a boil.
- 8 reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes serve over rice.
