Oven Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 teaspoon dill, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 lbs skinless chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup crushed multi-grain cracker
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 combine soup, water, rice, 3/4 teaspoon dill and pepper in 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- 3 arrange chicken pieces on top of rice mixture.
- 4 cover tightly with foil.
- 5 bake 45 minutes.
- 6 sprinkle chicken pieces with crackers, paprika and remaining 1/4 teaspoon dill.
- 7 drizzle with butter.
- 8 bake 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- 9 season to taste with salt and pepper.
