Peruvian Energy Balls

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup puffed wheat cereal (i.e. quinoa or amaranth)
  • 1 cup dried dates
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup almonds or 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup brown sesame seed
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 -2 tablespoon honey (use enough to form balls)

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to food processor and blend well.
  • 2 hand form into small balls and place in refrigerator to harden.
