Oatmeal With Barley And Blueberries

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup cooked barley
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash stevia powder

Recipe

  • 1 in a microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • 2 add enough water to cover mixture by 1/2 inch.
  • 3 stir well.
  • 4 microwave for 1 minute.
  • 5 makes 1 yummy serving.
