Lower-carb Teriyaki Marinade

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • 2 dashes black pepper
  • 2 packets splenda sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 whisk it all together.
  • 2 use to marinade meat or fish- marinade for at least an hour before cooking.
