Pineapple Lamb Chops And Rice

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 1/4 inches thick lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/3 cups minute rice
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle lambchops with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 brown chops well on both sides in butter in a large skillet.
  • 3 add pineapple and juice.
  • 4 reduce heat , cover and simmer for 20min or until tender.
  • 5 stack the chops to one side of skillet.
  • 6 add water and salt.
  • 7 bring to a boil then stir in rice.
  • 8 cover and remove from the heat.
