Pineapple Lamb Chops And Rice

Ingredients

- 8 1/4 inches thick lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/3 cups minute rice
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle lambchops with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 brown chops well on both sides in butter in a large skillet.
- 3 add pineapple and juice.
- 4 reduce heat , cover and simmer for 20min or until tender.
- 5 stack the chops to one side of skillet.
- 6 add water and salt.
- 7 bring to a boil then stir in rice.
- 8 cover and remove from the heat.
- 9 let stand 5 minutes.
