Ingredients
- 740 g tuna
- 500 g penne pasta
- 150 g sweetcorn
- 250 g low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- grated cheese, for topping
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta for 10-12 minutes.
- 2 drain and add tuna, mayonnaise, sweetcorn and mustard.
- 3 transfer to an oven proof dish.
- 4 sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- 5 place in oven at 180°c for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- 6 serve hot or allow to cool and store in the fridge.
