Modified Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease an 8 x 8 pan.
- 3 combine all ingredients together.
- 4 spread on prepared baking pan.
- 5 bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- 6 immediately spoon into a bowl.
- 7 top with warm milk, fresh fruit or brown sugar if desired.
