Oven Beef Burgundy

Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef, cut into 2 inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon kitchen bouquet
- 1/4 cup cereal, cream of rice
- 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 2 cups onions, diced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup burgundy wine
Recipe
- 1 place cut up beef in a 13 x 9 inch pan; add kitchen bouquet and coat meat on all sides; add cream of rice cereal and coat meat.
- 2 add all other ingredients and gently mix.
- 3 cover pan and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
- 4 stir once in a while.
