- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup cooked barley
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash stevia powder
Recipe
- 1 in a microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 2 add enough water to cover mixture by 1/2 inch.
- 3 stir well.
- 4 microwave for 1 minute.
- 5 makes 1 yummy serving.
